  • RULES FOR THE TOURNAMENT (exceptions to the EBIT25 GENERAL RULES)
    1) 12 players allowed in every game

    2) Games will last for four parts of 10 minutes each. The clock will only be stopped in the last minute of last quarter. The break between the second and third quarter lasts 2 minutes, and each team is entitled to one time out of 1 minute in each quarter. In the event of a draw at the end of the game, extra time of 1 minute will be played, stopping the watch, without any break and without changing ends. If the draw continues, further extra times of 1 minute will be played.
    3) A player must leave the game at the 4th foul
    4) Team fouls at 4 fouls; two free throws from the 5th foul.
    5) The changeover will be a "flying change". The player wishing to be changed over, must first inform the timekeeping table. The changeover takes place in front of the timekeeping table on the middle line. A changeover may only be made by the team in possession of the ball. If the replacement player goes on the court before the retiring player leaves it, this will be marked as a technical fault against the team making the replacement wrongly.
    6) Categories Men2007/2008, Men2009/2010, Women2007/2008 and Women2009/2010 could play their games in a smaller court (indicatively mt. 22 x mt. 13).

  • INDIVIDUAL FARES valid for Registrations sent to the Secretary after September 28th, 2024
    - registration, participation fee with
    hotel cat. 3 stars: starting from 280 euro (fare to be confirmed upon your registration) LIMITED PLACES

    - registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 4 stars starting from 300 euro (fare to be confirmed upon your registration) LIMITED PLACES

  • (*) COACHES AND MANAGERS:
    1 person free-of-charge at the established fare for 3-stars hotel or 4-stars hotel, for every 18 persons (including players, friends, relatives) paying the complete fare (the 19th person is free-of-charge) and lodging in the same category of hotel.

  • PAYMENT CONDITIONS
    The payment of the individual fee must be completed as indicated:
    600 euro per every team before February 16th, 2025
    Balance before March 18th, 2025

    Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance

  • CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
    Refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines of cancellations:
    - in case of cancellations submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 15 days before the tournament, the Organization will refund 100% of the fee;,
    - in case of cancellations submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days before the tournament, the Organization will refund 50% of the fee;,
    - after this limit, nothing will be refunded 

  • CITY TAX (per day & per person - only for older than 16 years of age) to pay directly to your hotel upon your arrival:
    - 1,32 Euro in Hotel cat 4 stars
    - 0,66 Euro in Hotel cat 3 stars

  • Indicated individual fare includes:
    Individual registration and participation fee.
    Lodging in rooms of three / four beds (double and single rooms are available at different fares)
    5-days lodging full board BUFFET-STYLE, including water, from lunch on Thursday until breakfast on Monday
    Children between 0 and 2,99 years of age are free-of-charge if they lodge with two adults in the same room
    Children from 3 to 7,99 years of age will receive a 20% discount if they lodge with two adults in the same room
    Gadget of the tournament for every participant.
    Prizes for every team.

  • Notes:

    All participants need to register at the Palasport El Molì in Lloret de Mar before 11:00 on Thursday; in case the schedule of your arrival should be different, please inform the Secretary.

    All Hotels are located in the center of Lloret de Mar and the name of the hotel assigned will be communicated not later than one week before the beginning of the tournament. 
    Courts are located in Lloret de mar, Malgrat de mar, Santa Susana and Palafolls
    Teams without their own mean of transportation, can buy a bus-card at the price of 25 euro per person; this service will be useful for transporting the team, friends and relatives from Lloret de mar to the courts located OUTSIDE  of Lloret de mar.
    Upon request, we organize guided tours to Barcelona, to the Dalì Museum in Figueres, Andorra, Montserrat, boat cruises on the Mediterranean Sea along Costa Brava and reservations for the main amusement water-parks around Lloret de Mar.
    We invite you to check low-costs flights from the main European cities to the airport of Gerona, located 30 km north of Lloret de mar, or to Barcelona, located 60 km. south of Lloret de mar.
    Upon request, Organizers can rent a bus for your transfer from and to airports
